What is the minimum order?
$250 per delivery. There is no monthly or annual commitment.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere within 120 km of the metro area. Outside that radius we can arrange freight at cost — ask us.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four business days. Orders confirmed before noon on Monday go out on that week’s run.
What are your payment terms?
First three orders are paid on delivery. After that we offer 30-day terms to established accounts.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Tell your account manager and we credit or replace it on the next delivery. No photographs or forms needed.
Do you sell to the public?
No. We supply registered businesses only — pet shops, grooming salons and veterinary practices.
